Girly Girl Return Policy Guidelines

Yes, that’s right we offer a refund if you are not happy with your purchase.  Please find below your return options.

  1. Exchange for a different size or different item for equal or lesser value.
  2. Store Credit / E-Gift Card (this never expires once applied)
  3. Full Refund

The customer must contact us by phone or email within 10 calendar days of receiving the items to let us know they wish to process a refund, exchange or store credit. Store credits never expire. After 10 days a Full Refund will not be applied and option 1 or 2 above would apply.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return via USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. When you ship the item back to Girly Girl Fashion, please send us an email confirming the item is being returned. Please be sure to keep your tracking information and include that information in the email to us.

 * All return shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility unless otherwise stated. Customers must pay their own return shipping fees.

The customer has to pay the return shipping fee unless a mistake is made by Girly Girl Fashion. Please contact us before sending the item back to us. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by the customer directly without checking with us first.

Once we receive your items back we will then process the return on the same method of payment originally paid with.

  • Refunds must be applied to the same card or payment method used with the original purchase.
  • Refunds also must be refunded in the same currency in which the item was originally bought.
  • Inventory can sell out quickly, especially for seasonal items. For exchanges, we cannot guarantee the size you want is available at all times. We will do our best in this circumstance.

Please keep in mind you have an obligation to take reasonable care of Girly Girl Fashion clothing and items while they are in your possession, in the event of an exchange you must return them in the same condition in which you receive them (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine them).


  • In the event that your return cannot be processed, we will issue you a Gift Card which never expires. 
  • We are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. 
  • We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages.
  • Without proof of receipt and delivery, Girly Girl Fashion will not issue a full return.   
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  •  Girly Girl Fashion does not provide return shipping labels.
How to Process a Return

Print and fill out our return slip (click HERE to download).

– Include this return slip, along with your original sales receipt with the item(s) being returned in a shipping package.

  • Take a picture of your receipt, make a copy for yourself. Be sure to include the original receipt in the return package.
  • Notify us of the return by sending us an email to  Please attached a photo of the item you wish to return.

Please include as much information as possible in the email you send us.

Once we receive the email with all the information we will then know the return package has been shipped. Our girly girl office will keep an eye out for your package.

Girly Girls, please note that without including all of this information or if you fail to include your original return slip, (proof of purchase), there may be a delay in processing your return.
