Girly Girl does not collect fees for any costs other than the products we sell and ship-ping. In some unique cases, it is possible your local post office may request additional fees for customs, taxes or VATs. If you have any questions regarding such fees, please contact your local post office.

What if my order is damaged or defective?

In the unfortunate case that one of our products arrives damaged or defective, Girly Girl will replace your item free of charge.

Contact us by sending us an email and we will be happy to provide you with another item not damaged or defective. Just send us an email. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

I Need To Change Something Or Cancel My Order.

We are unable to cancel orders once placed. If you need to make a size modification please email us immediately at clientservice@girlygirlfashion.com

We generally process orders in stock items immediately, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Where Is My Order Confirmation?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

I’ve placed an order but I have not yet received my tracking number, where is my tracking number?

Tracking orders will be emailed to customers once available, sometimes it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking numbers to show up. We wait until the tracking information is generated and uploaded to the system before we send it out. Please be patient and check your spam or junk box for an email from us.

If you have not received your tracking number or deleted the email, you can always contact us at clientservice@girlgirlfashion.com, we’ll be happy to resend and send it to you once available.

Why Was My Order Canceled ?

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. In any event, if the customer decides to cancel an order before it is shipped, please allow 48 hours for Client Service to cancel and process any refunds. Once again your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from you.

The customer is free to make a new order or request a refund to your Paypal/credit card originally used for the payment in this case.

*A REFUND can be processed in the case an item is suddenly out of stock.

What Can I Do If I Make A Duplicate Payment In Error?

If you make duplicate payments in one order, that’s ok. Please contact us immediately by phone or email, we will help.
