Girly Girl Return Policy
Yes, that’s right we offer full refunds if you are not happy with your item.
- Exchange for a different size or different item
- Store Credit ( this never expires once applied).
- Full Refund

If you send us an email you will hear from us usually the same day. Email is recommended for fast processing.
You can call us as well, we love to get to know all our girly girls.
Once we receive your items back we will then process the return on the same method of payment originally paid with.
- Refunds must be applied to the same card or payment method used with original purchase.
- Refunds also must be refunded in the same currency in which the item was originally bought.
The customer must contact us by phone or email within 10 calendar days of receiving the items to let us know they wish to process a refund, exchange or store credit. Store credits never expire. After 10 days a Full Refund will not be applied and option 1 or 2 above would apply.
Please keep in mind you have an obligation to take reasonable care of Girly Girl Fashion clothing and items while they are in your possession, in the event of an exchange you must return them in the same condition in which you receive them (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine them).
Girly Girl Fashion products should be returned unworn (other than to try them on), unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.
If the item comes with particular wrapping or a garment bag or any sort please also include that in the return shipment.
Girly Girl Fashion reserves the right to deduct a percentage for an item returned to us that appears to be worn or damaged.
In some cases we will apply a store credit.
The customer has to pay for the return shipping fee, unless a mistake is made by Girly Girl Fashion. Please contact us before sending the item back to us. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by the customer directly without checking with us first.
